Who we are
This website is run by Greson Easy Loo Ltd, 100 Limassol Avenue, 7647 Mosfiloti, Larnaca, Cyprus ("Greson Easy Loo", "we", "us"). We are the controller of the personal data described in this policy.
For any question about your data, or to use your rights, contact us at info@gel.cy or on 77 77 73 74.
What we collect
When you ask for a quote. The quote forms on this website send your request to our team at info@gel.cy, through our website host (Cloudflare) and our email provider (Microsoft 365). We receive what you enter: usually your name, company, phone number, email address, the location and dates of your event or project, the number of people and any other details you add.
When you call, email or message us. Your phone number, email address or WhatsApp details, and the content of the conversation.
When you become a customer. The details we need to deliver, service, collect and invoice: contact person, delivery address, billing details and the history of your orders.
When you browse this website. Our web host keeps standard technical logs (IP address, browser type, pages requested and the time of the request) to keep the website secure and working. This website does not use analytics, advertising trackers or social media pixels.
Why we use it and on what legal basis
To answer your enquiry and prepare a quote: steps taken at your request before entering into a contract (GDPR Article 6(1)(b)).
To deliver, install, service and collect units and to invoice them: performance of our contract with you (Article 6(1)(b)).
To keep accounting and tax records: our legal obligations under Cypriot law (Article 6(1)(c)).
To keep the website secure and to follow up on previous enquiries: our legitimate interests (Article 6(1)(f)).
We do not sell your data and we do not use it for automated decision-making or profiling.
Who we share it with
Only with the people who help us do the job: our web host (Cloudflare) and email provider (Microsoft 365), our accountants, and delivery or servicing partners where a job needs them. Each only receives what it needs and must keep it confidential.
If you contact us through WhatsApp, Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn or TikTok, that platform processes your messages under its own privacy policy.
If you choose to show the map in the footer, Google receives your IP address and may set cookies, under Google's own privacy policy.
We may disclose data where the law requires it, for example to tax authorities.
How long we keep it
Enquiries and quotes that do not lead to an order: up to 2 years, so we can follow up and recognise returning customers.
Customer, order and invoice records: for as long as Cypriot tax and accounting law requires (normally 7 years).
Website server logs: a short period set by our host, normally no more than a few months.
Your rights
You can ask us to give you a copy of your data, correct it, delete it, restrict or object to how we use it, or send it to another company (data portability). Where we rely on your consent, you can withdraw it at any time.
Write to info@gel.cy. We reply within one month.
If you are not happy with how we handled your data, you can complain to the Commissioner for Personal Data Protection, Iasonos 1, 1082 Nicosia, Cyprus (www.dataprotection.gov.cy).
Security and transfers
We protect personal data with appropriate technical and organisational measures. Our data is stored within the European Union; where a provider stores data outside the EU, it does so under the safeguards the GDPR requires.
Changes
We may update this policy when our services or the law change. The date at the top shows when it was last updated.
